Postpartum Services Now Offered!

Here at State of Integrity, I am now offering postpartum services! During that first year, it is dire that the birthing person (as well as others in the family) receive the care to help maintain a balance with the new addition of a child. And while many assume its just for the first few weeks, the postpartum period continues until one year of age. It can be a challenging transition, and so at State of Integrity lets try to smooth out the path together.

I’ve recently completed an intensive training with DONA International for Postpartum Doula services. There were so many tears, stories, and evidence-based research. Overall, I received the best support I could have asked for, to make my work in supporting others possible.
